KGaA, Borussia Dortmund Geschäftsführungs-GmbH, received, by virtue of the cost and profit allocation in connection with its business activities in the financial year ended, remuneration of EUR 5,981 thousand (previous year: EUR 3,818 thousand) that was recognised under administrative expenses. Other operating expenses include prior-period expenses in the amount of EUR 178 thousand (previous year: EUR 776 thousand).
